(1) The Bureau shall have the following formulas:-
(a) Standing Orders.
(b) Provisional formula
(2) Clause of sub-rule (1) to receive regular monthly salary (A) can be appointed according to formula. Permanent formulas will be classified as follows on the basis of efficiency and effectiveness:-
(a) Special formula
(b) General formula
(3) A temporary formula can be appointed in such a way that they do not receive regular remuneration but receive a lump sum remuneration for specific work or not.
